Machine Gun Kelly

Machine Gun Kelly was born Colson Bakker. He is one of the rappers from America who has gained a meteoric rise due to his style and ability to play. MGK is best known for his lyrical style that is fast-paced which gave him his stage name Machine Gun Kelly. He started rapping at the age of 14, and gained a local popularity quickly with a series of mixtapes. The debut album he made was his Seal of Approval Mixtape which was released in 2006. MGK was influenced by the success of his first mixtape and decided to begin a career in music. The artist released four more mixtapes over a period of time. His career began to explode in 2011 after he signed a deal with Bad Boy, as well as Interscope Records. In the following year the album he released his debut Lace Up was released to a positive reception from the critics. In its debut at no. 4 on the US Billboard 200 chart, the album featured popular songs including Wild Boy, Invincible, Stereo and Hold on (Shut up!). The album was followed by the release of his sophomore studio album General Admission which was released in the fall of 2015 and debuted at 4 in the Billboard 200 and number one on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
